The location of the property was perfect. Within walking distance to most tourist spots located on the Go City Bus tour. A definate must do. Walking distance to shopping district, tesco for any supplies and a fabulous Cafe on the corner under the train bridge called Bread 41. Room was a little small, but super clean. Comfy bed and the micro kitchen was super. We were able to use the microwave/oven to cook dinner, and made use of the stove, coffee machine and fridge.. you could cook every night if you are on a budget, as we did 3 out of 4 nights. Didn't need to use the dish washing machine but is there if you need!! Laundry location on ground floor easy to use to do a load of washing and dry - tap and pay. Can also purchase laundry pods from reception. We used our own laundry sheets. Staff were super helpful and responded almost immediately when a piece of luggage was not received at the airport and sent to reception. Staff reached out to inform it had arrived. Will definitely stay again and do recommend.

Would definitely stay at a Staycity hotel again! The room was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the linen was clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the late check out was a bonus. We were also allowed to leave our bags there on check out day which was great as we had a late flight home. It was walking distance to the centre which was good however next time we would maybe stay at one of the other Staycity hotels as it did feel like a bit of a walk some days (though we could have just been tired!). The only criticism of the room is that there isn't a window that you can open so we couldn't let any fresh air in and we were struggling to get the Aircon/heating right so it affected our sleep a little. Also our room was directly facing the train tracks so it was quite loud every time a train went by.

Staff was extremely nice. Our room wasn't quite ready when we checked so we waited maybe 10 minutes. No problem for me but, for them, it was serious. They apologized repeatedly and even gave us free drinks from the bar. Turns out the room we booked (the smallest and cheapest) wouldn't be available, so they upgraded us to their biggest room. Like wow. They really didn't need to do all that. The room itself was wonderful. 2 TVs, a kitchen/living room with a dishwasher, microwave, dishes, stove, mini fridge, etc. Nice bathroom with a towel heater. Bedroom was big with lots of storage. We stayed only one night so we couldn't enjoy all the other amenities they had to offer but I'm sure they were great too.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel. I can point out an excellent location, you can reach Temple Bar, Trinity College, Grafton Street in less than 10 min walking. The staff of the hotel was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Every ask that we had have been resolved quickly. At the same time, the neighborhood itself is not the best. There was a lot of homeless people and some junkies wandering around. The room was not meticulously cleaned, there were dust on the surfaces and glasses and cups had some smudges on them. Anyway, it was not a deal breaker for us, so we fully enjoyed our stay in Dublin.

The hotel was lovely, really close to the centre. The bed was amazing, big and comfy, really the best sleep we’ve had in a while (if you don’t mind the one duvet for double bed situation). The room came with a small kitchen with everything we needed (kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, etc.). The blackout curtains were great for sleeping in. The hotel also had laundry room and gym available, we sadly didn’t use it, but it’s an option as well. :)
